Observations
I am in a pre-k class so I have two teacher in my room. Both of my teacher are very nice and were very welcoming. They seem to really enjoy being with the kids and learning from them while teaching them. Mrs. Cathcart is my main teacher and she is very good with the kids. They all seem to really love and respect her. When she tells them to do something they will listen and she is also very patient with the kids.

Learning experiences
Mrs. Cathcart gave me the opportunity to work with a couple of the students at a time. We played a game that helped with knowing the first letters of words and finding those letter. It helped me realize you have to be very patient with the students because it sometimes takes them a little longer to get the answer. I also found it very interesting to watch how the two student interacted with each other while playing the game. The kids would look to each other for help but at the same time try and out do each other.

Reflections
I have grown so close to my kids in the past week! They got used to me being I  the classroom and started greeting me when I get there and all saying goodbye to me and hugging me when I leave. I am so exited about spending more time with my student and learning about them and the best ways each of them learn individually. A couple of my students are still not completely comfortable me yet but I am hoping in the next week or so they will to be excited when I come to help them learn.

Stories to share
I was walking in the hallway with my students, they were all lined up by the wall. One little boy in my class named John was talking to me. As we were talking we got interrupted by another little boy named Brayden who said "Megan Megan walk with me" after Brayden said this, John looked at Brayden and said, "Her name is not Megan, it's Miss. Megan." It was so cute excuse John was so serious but when he says his Ms they are not very clear so it made it really cute when he said Miss. Megan.
